Wilberfoss benefits from having two public access defibrillators. One is located on the side wall of the Community Centre on Main Street, YO41 5NN and the other on the front facing wall at the Pavilion, off Storking Lane, YO41 5AB. We are lucky that one of our residents is also a Community First Responder.
The notice board, on Main Street, was installed in 2018 from funds raised through the East Riding of Yorkshire Council Recycle Credit Scheme and generous donations from the Walker family and the Wilberfoss Jubilee Project.   A second notice board was erected on Willow Park Road in 2019 using funds from the Tesco Bags of Help scheme. The bench, also on Main Street, was designed and crafted by a resident, Mike Skelton, and installed by York College students to celebrate the Gold Award won by Wilberfoss in Bloom in 2014.  Mike and a friend gave the bench an upgrade in 2019 and commit to regular maintenance to guarantee its longevity.

A Textile Bank is located behind Wilberfoss Community and recycled items raise funds for Wilberfoss community projects.

Clothes, shoes, hats, coats, bags and belts can all be dropped off for collection and nothing collected  will end up in landfill sites.

Please don't park on footpaths! It blocks the footpath for pedestrians and is dangerous if it forces buggies/wheelchair users onto the road.  The roads in Wilberfoss aren't that narrow so please park considerately.  Thank you!
